Zoë & Co., Professional Bra Fitters is a nationally recognized lingerie store looking for enthusiastic individuals who love lingerie and enjoy helping people!
Our specialization is bra fitting: we carry over 230 sizes of bras and work with more than 40 companies in the lingerie industry. Our clients are of all ages, sizes, and genders (we are LGBTQ+ friendly). In addition, we work with those who have been or are going through procedures that will alter breast shape such as mastectomy/reconstruction, gender transitioning, nursing, etc.
Bra fitters must have good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to adapt to the specific needs of our customers. The job requires physical stamina, as it’s possible to put 3 to 5 miles of walking in per day at busy times. In addition to bra fitting, employees write receipts, maintain store appearance, and enter info into computer files. There are many other aspects of the business in which employees may participate: merchandising, purchasing and ordering, bookkeeping, marketing, advertising, social media communications, etc., all of which are done in house. Before being considered for management positions, candidates must become familiar with all facets of running the store, the most important of which is bra fitting.
