A special statement about appointments in the Covid-19 era:

During this pandemic/post-pandemic era, we’d like to emphasize how important it is for all customers to make appointments whenever possible. This applies to our long-time clients as well as our new and prospective ones. We are short-staffed in all three locations and cannot accommodate walk-ins as easily as we once could. We will always try our best to get you in if you stop by without an appointment, but the only way to guarantee a spot is to call ahead to make an appointment. We hope to be fully staffed and back to normal soon! Click here to see information on a career at Zoë & Co., Professional Bra Fitters!

What are your hours?

Due to the current labor shortage, all 3 store locations updated store hours and sometimes these can fluctuate. To get up to date store hours please call the store you plan to visit.
RI: Tuesday – Saturday 10am-7pm — CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY
NH: Tuesday – Saturday 10am-7pm — CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY
MA: Wednesday – Saturday 10am-6pm– Bra Fittings by Appointment ONLY
We hope to be back to our normal seven days a week soon!

Do I need to make an appointment?

Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, but we are happy to take walk-ins whenever we are able. It can get quite busy at times, and we will always take our clients with appointments before those who walk in.

How do I make an appointment?

We only make appointments by phone, so please call the store you intend to visit during business hours (listed above) and speak to a fitter to schedule your appointment. (Westerly, RI 401-596-8050; Concord, NH 603-224-2727; Hyannis, MA 508-862-2727) To provide you with an optimal experience, we take our last appointment of the day two hours before closing.

How much time does a fitting take?

For your first visit, we recommend allowing an hour for a fitting. Finding your size is a starting point. Once we’ve determined your size, we will work with you to find the best styles for your particular needs. Each bra will fit differently, and we’ll assess the styles you like to determine if we need to try a different cup or band size or recommend a style that will work better.

How much does a fitting cost?

We do not charge for fittings. We believe in the value of our services, and we believe that you will, too. It is our hope that you will become another loyal customer, and that we can work with you for many happy years!

How do I care for my purchases?

We recommend hand washing and air drying your bras and lingerie. If you cannot hand wash, use a lingerie bag (hook up the bras before putting them in) and use a non-detergent wash on the gentle cycle. NEVER PUT YOUR PURCHASES IN THE DRYER!! The heat destroys the elasticity in your garments. Hang or lay flat to dry.

What’s your return policy?

We sell intimate apparel, therefore our return policy is very strict. We will accept unworn items with the tags still on, for store credit only, within ten days of purchase. No cash or credit card refunds will be given. Certain items are non-returnable, for health and hygiene reasons.

My underwire has poked through. Can I return my bra?

Bras cannot be returned for underwire poke-through. Underwire poke-through is NOT a manufacturing defect, it’s the nature of metal rubbing against fabric. If it should happen, push the wire back in place, close up the opening with a few stitches, and carry on!

I am male/transgender/non-binary/gender-fluid/etc. Will you fit me?

For the past 20 years, Zoë & Co., Professional Bra Fitters has always been happy to work with anyone who needs our services. We’ve worked with customers who have gynomastia, we are LGBTQ+ friendly, and we carry breast forms, shapewear, binders, gaffs, and other helpful products.

Do you carry mastectomy bras? Can you fit me for a prosthetic/breast form?

Yes, and yes. Our fitters are trained to work with customers who have had breast surgery. Many of our clients will visit us to make purchases beyond what their insurance will cover, i.e., extra breast forms/bras. We also carry pre- and post-surgical bras!

Will my insurance company cover purchases for my mastectomy bras and forms?

Each insurance company is different, so it will be up to you to check with them before making your purchases. We are not a healthcare provider, so we do not work with insurance companies in that capacity. We can, however, provide information about your purchases to your insurance company representative at your request, and have been able to assist customers this way in the past.

Do you carry bras for women with very small/very large breasts?

We have over 200 sizes in-stock, with cup sizes ranging from AA to KK and band sizes from 26 to 56 inches. We have your size!

What other garments do you carry?

We carry cup- and band-sized swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, nursing bras, mastectomy bras, sport bras, strapless bras, longline bras, nightwear, robes, binders, chemises, bodysuits, bralettes, and more!

Can I buy bras from you online? Or by phone?

Because proper fit is the basis of all we do, we only ship bras to customers who have been fitted and have a file with us. We do not currently offer online sales, but we’re happy to take phone orders from our existing customers. Shipping and handling costs will be applied.

Do you sell gift cards?

We sell gift certificates in the amount of your choosing, and can ship them in a lovely gold box for $5. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable. We will issue store credit for the unused portion of a gift certificate.
